Deyaar Development PJSC, a prominent Dubai-based Real estate developer, has unveiled plans to initiate five new property projects in 2025, collectively valued at approximately Dh8 billion . This strategic move aims to capitalize on the robust demand within the emirate's property market.

The company's Chief Executive, Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, highlighted that these forthcoming projects will encompass a diverse range of residential, commercial, and hospitality developments. He emphasized that the initiative aligns with Deyaar's commitment to contributing to Dubai's urban development and meeting the evolving needs of investors and residents.

Deyaar's decision is underpinned by a notable surge in property prices and rental rates in Dubai, driven by a combination of limited supply and sustained demand. Industry analysts have observed that the city's real estate sector has been experiencing a significant upswing, with both sales and rental markets exhibiting strong performance.

In addition to the planned projects, Deyaar has been actively expanding its portfolio. The company recently launched the second phase of its Park Five development in Dubai Production City, introducing 343 residential units designed to enhance urban family living. This phase offers a variety of living spaces, including studios, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, all emphasizing wellness and community-centric amenities.

Deyaar has made its inaugural entry into the Abu Dhabi market with the unveiling of the Rivage project on Al Reem Island. Valued at $217.8 million, this development signifies the company's strategic expansion beyond Dubai and its commitment to establishing a presence in key growth areas across the UAE.
