Houthi Attacks Injure Three Yemeni Soldiers - Army

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ADEN, Feb 10 (KUNA) -- Three Yemeni soldiers were injured in separate attacks by Houthi militants on military posts in Ma'rib and Al-Jawf provinces on Monday, announced the Yemeni army.
"Three soldiers of the government forces were injured in artillery attacks launched by Houthi militia on military positions in Al-Arf in south Ma'rib," military sources were quoted by the Yemeni army's media center as saying.
However, Yemeni military forces fired back and intercepted attempts by Houthi militants to infiltrate into separate locations in southern and northern Ma'rib province, the sources added.
Houthi militants have recently stepped up attacks against Yemeni army forces in different provinces in spite of an extended truce that was announced by the United Nations in April 2022. (end)
