Ukrainian Strikes Destroy 46% Of Russia's Oil Refineries - Intercept
This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Defense Ministry, Ukrinform saw.
“Six missiles hit Bryansk, I mean... six drones, hitting the Kremniy plant. The plant has been shut down,” the person says in the intercept.
According to the local man, 46% of Russia's oil refining capacities have already been destroyed.

It produces microelectronics, including for missile systems and drones. Late January, reports said a Ukrainian UAV attack massively affected the site, leading to the plant's shutdown.
