SETAM's Real Estate Sales Reach UAH 1.9B In 2024
The relevant statement was made by SETAM CEO Roman Osadchuk in an interview with Ukrinform.
“In 2024, about 750 real estate lots were sold, totaling UAH 1.9 billion. In the category of transport vehicles, about 1,200 lots were sold, having generated UAH 289 million. About 1,500 electronics lots were sold for UAH 2.3 million,” Osadchuk told.
Other assets, such as loans receivable, were sold for UAH 2.8 million.
“As for seized assets, our commission fee is 5% of the sales value. Thus, the more lots and competition for them, the more we can earn for the state and the company,” Osadchuk explained.
A reminder that, in late 2024, State-Owned Enterprise System of Electronic Trading in Seized Property (SETAM) sold receivables on the loan portfolio of PrivatBank CB JSC for UAH 2 billion.
