
Ukrainian Cameraman Injured As TV Journalists Come Under Russian Fire Near Vovchansk
That's according to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office , Ukrinform reports.
Under the procedural leadership of the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor's Office in Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation into a war crime (Article 438 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.
According to the inquiry, near Vovchansk on the afternoon of February 4, the Russian army attacked the TSN and 1+1 Marathon team with an FPV drone. At that time, the journalists were filming a report on the Ukrainian military unit.

Measures are being taken to document war crimes committed by Russian servicemen.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the SBU has pressed charges against the Russian general who ordered the Iskander missile strike targeting a Reuters crew.
