Iran strengthens trade ties with Kyrgyzstan
(MENAFN) Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) Chief Mohammad Ali Dehghan Dehnavi underscored the importance of expanding trade relations between Iran and Kyrgyzstan during a meeting with Kyrgyz Ambassador Turdakun Sydykov. He emphasized the necessity of fostering stronger connections between business communities in both countries, encouraging greater participation in trade exhibitions and economic events. Dehghan Dehnavi highlighted Iran’s growing involvement in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), mentioning that Iran has recently obtained observer membership in the bloc.
Discussing bilateral trade, Dehghan Dehnavi expressed optimism about increasing trade volume between Iran and Kyrgyzstan, emphasizing that commercial exchanges should be balanced between exports and imports. He reiterated that trade is a two-way process and that Iran is eager to strengthen its economic ties with Kyrgyzstan. To facilitate this, he stressed the need for more collaboration between business leaders from both countries, ensuring that they capitalize on existing opportunities.
