Middle East Council On Global Affairs And Qatar Charity Sign Memorandum Of Understanding At Doha Forum 2024

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Middle East Council on Global Affairs (ME Council) and Qatar Charity (QC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a framework for cooperation and collaboration. This strategic partnership aims to advance mutual interests through comprehensive research, engaging dialogues, and educational initiatives.
The MoU was formalized during the Doha Forum 2024 by Dr. Tarik M. Yousef, Director of the ME Council, and Yousuf bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, CEO of Qatar Charity. This agreement marks a significant milestone in fostering impactful joint initiatives between the two organizations.
The MoU outlines a commitment to develop, coordinate, and implement programs and events that align with both institutions' objectives. By leveraging their combined expertise, the ME Council and Qatar Charity aspire to enhance their effectiveness and increase their visibility within the diplomatic, academic, non-governmental, and policymaking communities.
To inaugurate this important partnership, the ME Council and Qatar Charity will co-host a closed roundtable discussion titled“Humanitarian Engagement with Non-State Armed Groups” at the 2024 Doha Forum on December 8, 2024.
