Jordanian Delegation Honored At Arab Youth Parliament Simulation In Cairo

Cairo, July 23 (Petra) - The Arab League honored the Jordanian delegation participating in the third edition of the Arab Youth Parliament simulation model in Cairo, themed "Towards Sustainable Community Participation." The event, which began on July 21 and will continue until July 27, saw the participation of 100 young men and women from 15 Arab countries.
During the activities of the Arab Youth Parliament simulation, the Jordanian delegation received the Excellence Award for Arab Youth in the field of artificial intelligence. The award was presented to the Jordanian Ambassador to Egypt, Amjad Adaileh, who also serves as the permanent representative to the Arab League.
Expressing his delight at the honor, Adaileh highlighted the strong presence of Jordanian youth in Arab and international forums, underlining the distinguished participation of Jordanian youth, particularly in the area of artificial intelligence, and their engagement with other Arab delegations.
The head of the Jordanian delegation, Khitam Abadi, stated in an interview with the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the delegation participated in three main areas: the role of youth in developing awareness to support the Palestinian cause, the role of youth in promoting Arab economic integration and enhancing the role of youth in building sustainable dialogic societies through citizenship and constructive dialogue.
Abadi noted that the objectives of the simulation model are to educate young people about the common challenges facing Arab countries and to enhance youth parliamentary diplomacy awareness tools.
