Dynamo Agency Name Revived With New Leadership Team

(MENAFN- PRovoke) LONDON - Dynamo, one of the leading UK technology agency names of the 2010s, has been revived by Peter Bowles, former co-CEO of Dynamo Communications, and Nick Morey, the agency's former North America VP.

Dynamo Communications was originally founded in 2011 by co-CEOs Peter Bowles and Paul Cockerton. The company went on to win multiple agency and campaign awards before being sold to Clarity in 2019. Clarity dissolved the agency in May 2021.

Bowles left the agency in 2021 , and in 2022 had a stint at CCGroup leading a standalone web3 tech PR venture. Cockerton stayed at Clarity until 2022, before leaving to scale up healthtech company Limbo as COO.

The new Dynamo PR will focus on consumer technology. Dynamo originally worked with clients across tech categories including games, 3D printing, smart home, wearables, digital retail and VR, with clients including HTC, Nvidia, 3Doodler, Chipolo, Bathrooms, Yelp and Depop.

On taking the opportunity to revive the Dynamo name, co-CEO Bowles told PRovoke Media:“I took a step back from the industry for a while but I'm ready to go again. We always loved the Dynamo name. It does what it says on the tin, people say 'I need a PR Dynamo' and find us that way.

“The opportunity came up to work with Nick, who had a phenomenal rise in the original Dynamo, to start something again and we decided to relaunch under the Dynamo name. We're going to start small, senior and do good work, and see where it takes us.”

Morey added:“I joined Dynamo in 2014 as a creative manager, and went from a part time freelancer to a head of VR, and then head of the US . To come back 10 years after joining, as a co-CEO of the relaunched Dynamo PR, feels incredible, and I look forward to working with Peter's creative genius to continue the trailblazing, record-breaking, award-winning work that made the company such a brilliant place to be the first time around.”
