Mohamed Bin Hadi Al Hussaini: Union Pledge Day is a Date of Honor and Eternal Memory in Our Hearts


(MENAFN- Misbar Communications) Abu Dhabi, UAE, July 18, 2024: His Excellency Mohamed Bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, has lauded the initiative of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, declaring July 18 as "Union Pledge Day."
In a statement on the occasion, Al Hussaini said: "Today, we commemorate a momentous occasion etched deeply in our hearts—the day when our founding father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, alongside Rulers of the Emirates, signed the declaration of the Union and UAE Constitution, kicking off the nation’s journey towards the future.”
“This day marks a significant milestone in our national history, celebrating the first steps of our collective journey and the extraordinary achievements across all sectors guided by our wise leadership. It highlights the importance of unity among our people and collaborative efforts towards realizing the objectives of UAE Centennial 2071."
His Excellency added, "Union Pledge Day is an opportunity to renew our determination to move forward in the spirit of the Union. There are no limits to the ambitions of the UAE, as it extends beyond the borders of the earth into space.”
“We are confident that a promising and brighter future awaits us with the determination of our leadership and the will of our people. The country has become synonymous with achievement at all levels and is ready for more successes in its relentless pursuit of progress and growth.”
