Moi Signs Sponsorship Agreement With Dar Al Sharq Group For Kids Expo 2024

Doha, Qatar: Dar Al Sharq Group, represented by Al Sharq media Management, will organise a specialised exhibition, 'Kids expo 2024' in November 2024.

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) signed a sponsorship agreement with the Dar Al Sharq Group for the Expo 2024 at the Group's headquarters on Tuesday. The agreement was signed by Deputy CEO of Dar Al Sharq Group Jaber Al Harmi and Director of Public Relations Department at the MoI Brigadier General Abdullah Khalifa Salem Al Muftah. The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from both organisations,

The four-day event, a first-of-its-kind in Qatar, will take place from November 20 to 23, 2024, and it will be held in a 7,000sqm area at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC). Kids Expo is a specialised exhibition which will showcase all that a child needs from the cradle to the age of 13 years under one roof, including education, health, culture and entertainment.

Eizeldin Abdulrahman, Executive Director of Al Sharq Media Management, and Executive Director of Children's Expo, said, “We extend our thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Interior for its role in caring for children and ensuring that they are given the right direction because they are the pillar of the future and the asset of the nation.

“We are keen for the Ministry of Interior with its relevant departments to be our partner in achieving the goals of the exhibition, through the activities and events that will be held during the exhibition. The partnership comes as an important step in achieving social responsibility, developing children and enhancing their well-being and emphasising their vital role as the future of the nation and its most valuable asset.”

The organising committee will hold interactive competitions for children during which prizes will be distributed to the winners, amounting to 100 prizes per day, divided in three sections during the day from morning to evening.

The exhibition will witness active participation of a number of governmental and private agencies concerned with children's well-being..

Children's Expo is an important opportunity for participants from public and private bodies and centres, as well as for companies and commercial agencies to present their programmes, products and future plans in order to serve and enhance the development of the future generation.

Moreover, the exhibition will be a platform for government and private entities to showcase their contributions to childcare, whether through their innovative health solutions, educational developments or enriching entertainment and commercial offers.
