Morrow Sodali Relaunches As Sodali & Co

NEW YORK - Advisory firm Morrow Sodali has relaunched as a new company, Sodali & Co, on the heels of international growth through acquisitions.
The new identity unifies the businesses that Morrow Sodali, which specializes in stakeholder engagement and ESG, has acquired in recent years including GPS; Di Costa Partners; Nestor Advisors; Gryphon Advisors; Citadel Magnus; FrameworkESG; HXE Partners; Powerscourt; Domestique; and Designate. Sodali & Co, which has a 50-year history, is backed by its majority owner, TPG Growth.
Sodali & Co currently has a global team of more than 450 employees serving more than 2,000 clients. Its three core practice areas are shareholder services, governance & sustainability, and strategic communications.
Last September, former Ketchum global CEO Barri Rafferty joined the company as CEO of the Americas .
