Nine More Palestinian Civilians Killed In Israeli Airstrike On Central Gaza

(MENAFN- Nam News Network) GAZA, Jul 16 (NNN-WAFA) – At least nine more Palestinian civilians were killed, in an Israeli airstrike targeting the Nuseirat refugee camp, in the central Gaza Strip, Palestinian sources said, yesterday.

The Israeli airstrike targeted a home with a missile, destroying it and causing damage to neighbouring houses, security sources, said.

The airstrike killed nine people and injured several others, all transported to the hospital, medical sources said.

As usual, there was no comment from the Zionist army, on this incident.

Also yesterday, the Hamas media office said in a statement that, more than 320 Palestinians were killed or injured in the Gaza Strip in the past 48 hours, due to the use of“internationally prohibited weapons, by the Zionist army.”

Hamas holds the American administration fully responsible, both legally and morally, for supplying the Zionist army with these“various types of internationally prohibited weapons,” the statement added.

Meanwhile, the al-Qassam Brigades announced that, some Zionist soldiers were killed and injured, due to the explosion of a leftover missile in two tanks, in the Tel Al-Hawa neighbourhood, in western Gaza City.

Also yesterday, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), said, its headquarters in Gaza has been turned into a battlefield, and is now flattened.

“Another episode in the blatant disregard of international humanitarian law. United Nations facilities must be protected at all times. They must never be used for military or fighting purposes,” UNRWA Commissioner-General, Philippe Lazzarini, said on social media platform X.– NNN-WAFA
