Qatar Airways Offers Up To 10% 'Thank You' Discount For Being Voted World's Best Airline

Doha, Qatar: As part of its appreciation to passengers for being named the World's Best Airline 2024, Qatar Airways announced a discount of up to 10% on economy and business class bookings.

The airline is giving out this offer for bookings done until tomorrow, June 30, 2024, for travel period from July 1, 2024, until March 31, 2025.

Passengers can avail this on bookings done through its website or its mobile app using the promo code SKYTRAX.

Announcing the "Here's our way of saying 'Thank You'" offer on its website, the airlines said, "We are thrilled to reclaim our leading position as the World's Best Airline 2024, for the eighth time. Proudly, we were also voted World's Best Business Class, World's Best Business Class Lounge, and Best Airline in the Middle East. We look forward to continually delivering the world-class service you deserve."

The airline was named as the world's best airline at the 2024 SKYTRAX World Airline Awards, held on June 24, 2024, in London. It marks the eighth time Qatar Airways won this award in the 25-year history of the World Airline Awards.

The airline also received accolades for the World's Best Business Class for the 11th time, the World's Best Business Class Lounge for the 6th time, and the Best Airline in the Middle East for the 12th time.

Qatar Airways became the first aviation group to win: Best Airline, Best Airport and Best Airport for Shopping, in the same year in Skytrax's history.
