PAN Acquires Saas Marketing Firm Blastmedia


(MENAFN- PRovoke) BOSTON - PAN has acquired SaaS marketing firm BLASTmedia, bolstering the firm's B2B tech expertise.

The Acquisition sees Indianapolis-based BLASTmedia, which was launched in 2005, rebranded as PANBlast, a division dedicated to emerging and high-growth B2B SaaS brands. The acquisition enables PANBlast to
offer a wider range of integrated marketing services by tapping into PAN's PR, social media marketing, content marketing, paid media and experience design offerings.

The 40-person BLASTmedia team will join PAN's 170-person employees. The transition will see all former BLASTmedia employees integrated into PANBlast. CEO Mendy Werne will serve as managing director and executive VP Lindsey Groepper will continue in her role leading business development and marketing. Kelly Hendricks, founder of BLASTmedia, will hold an advisory role through the end of 2024.

BLASTmedia is PAN's third acquisition in 10 years. The agency purchased UK Capella PR in 2019 and San Francisco-based Vantage PR in 2015.
