At Least 15 Police Killed In Dagestan Attacks: Regional Leader

Moscow: At least 15 police officers were killed during deadly attacks by gunmen on churches and synagogues in Russia's Muslim-dominated Dagestan, the region's leader said Monday.
"Over 15 police fell victim to the terrorist act," Sergei Melikov said in a video posted on Telegram, adding that they "protected civilians... at the cost of their lives".
