(MENAFN- PRovoke) LONDON - Three-year-old strategic advisory firm Dentons Global Advisors has rebranded to DGA Group, as its brand licensing agreement with global law firm Dentons has come to an end.

Since it was founded with backing from Dentons in June 2021, DGA Group has grown to more than 300 employees and expanded to 12 global offices, working with clients on global policy, reputational and financial issues.

The firm launched with the Acquisition of public affairs consultancy Albright Stonebridge Group, and soon after bought European public affairs firm Interel . Its most recent acquisition was 9.9 Insights in New Delhi , marking its expansion to India.

Reilly added:“We are grateful to Dentons for the support they provided as we launched and will continue to collaborate when clients seek our combined services.”

Dentons global CEO Elliott Portnoy said the two firms would continue to work together:“We are deeply proud of the partnership we launched with Dentons Global Advisors in 2021 in the midst of a global pandemic, a reflection of our commitment to being at the forefront of client needs.
