(MENAFN- PRovoke) MEXICO CITY - APCO has appointed Martha Delgado Peralta as chair, Mexico and Latin America. Prior to joining APCO, Delgado Peralta (pictured) served as undersecretary for multilateral affairs and human rights at the Mexico Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In this role, she spearheaded efforts to attract foreign investment and championed Mexico's economic potential on the global stage. During the COVID pandemic, Delgado Peralta played a pivotal role in securing medical supplies, coordinating international donations, and establishing a vital air bridge with China. Delgado Peralta's experience also includes serving as Mexico City's minister of environment, as which she spearheaded initiatives like the Green Plan and the city's first bike-sharing program, Ecobici.

WASHINGTON - Spectrum Science has appointed Amy Hutnik to the role of president. Hutnik currently serves as the company's chief commercial officer and will continue in that role during the transition. Jonathan Wilson will remain CEO and an executive member of the board with a focus on setting the vision and ensuring a foundation for continued growth. In her new role, Hutnik will lead Spectrum's global platform of integrated services including enterprise-wide operations and growth planning across the company's four strategic pillars: scientific communications, advertising & consulting, clinical trial experience and Spectrum Science Europe. Presidents of each respective pillar, as well as the leaders of shared services, including strategy, innovation, creative and operational leadership, will report directly to Hutnik.

CHICAGO - Golin has appointed Jeff Beringer as the company's first-ever chief AI officer (CAIO). Beringer, a 20-year Golin veteran, will architect and accelerate the implementation of a comprehensive, multi-year strategy to modernize the agency for the AI age. His responsibilities will include driving AI innovation, upskilling Golin's workforce and helping design future AI-driven client service models that solidify the agency's competitive edge. He also will collaborate with IPG to leverage unique Interpublic assets, technologies and strategic partnerships for the benefit of Golin's teams and clients.

NEW YORK - Andrea Hagelgans has joined Avoq's strategic communications team as a senior VP based in the New York office. Hagelgans will focus on advising Avoq's premier clients nationally in both the private and public sectors, specializing in crisis communications, strategic communications and issue advocacy.
Hagelgans previously served as managing director of US social issues engagement at Edelman.
Prior to that role, Hagelgans served as head of corporate reputation for the New York region and managing director, New York corporate and public affairs at Edelman.

NEW YORK - Imre has appointed Christian Bauman as its chief creative officer. Bauman will play a key role in ensuring the firm's position as a distinct choice for agency-of-record assignments in healthcare and driving its long-term vision for the future.
Bauman has led innovative and iconic health brands. His work has been featured in both the Smithsonian Institute and the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame. As co-founder and longtime leader of the Havas Health & You flagship agency H4B Chelsea, he has also spent time at agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, CDM, and LM&P.

NEW YORK - Financial comms firm Vested has hired Abby Trexler as a managing director based in New York and Miami. In this role, Trexler will oversee several of Vested's US-based accounts and lead the firm's growing practice in South Florida, focusing on Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. She joins most recently from Edelman Smithfield, where she served as an executive VP, and spent roughly four years at Hot Paper Lantern before that.

WASHINGTON - Bryson Gillette has hired public affairs leader
Damara Catlett as senior VP. Catlett will help expand the firm's Washington office.
Previously a principal at The Raben Group, Catlett brings nearly two decades of expertise in civil rights advocacy, tech policy, media, civic engagement, and spearheading winning issue campaigns.

CHICAGO - Austin McClelland joins Spool as the agency's VP of PR & earned creative. In this new role at the agency, McClelland will divide his time among a few key client accounts as well as working alongside the agency's VP creative director as an earned creative and strategist. He joins Spool from Phaedon (formerly ICFNext) where he was a senior director, leading a number of brands across its Molson Coors business. Prior to Phaedon, McClelland was at Spool during the agency's founding years through 2021.

NEW YORK -
SolComms has appointed Jacolyn Gleason as head of client services. In this newly created role, Gleason will oversee several of SolComms' accounts, provide high-level client services, and serve as the agency's primary representative in building and maintaining relationships with its companies, new clients, and media partners. Prior to her new role, Gleason served as senior VP with 5W Public Relations in the consumer healthcare division.

RALEIGH, NC - French/West/Vaughan
(FWV), has announced three new hires. They include Rachel Swanson, who rejoins FWV as senior VP of integrated marketing services; Mabry Williams, who joins as a group account director. Corey Adams, also a former member of the FWV team, returns to the agency as
creative project manager.

CHICAGO - Chris Romo has joined Salient Global as chief financial officer. Romo brings nearly 20 years of strategic planning and financial leadership experience in technology, law and business advisory services, most recently serving as managing director of finance for BDO digital (previously SWC Technology Partners). Romo will report to Tricia Ewald, CEO and president of Salient Global.
