Azerbaijani, Turkish Defense Ministers Examine Potential Military Cooperation

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 29. The AzerbaijaniMinister of Defense, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, who is on aworking visit to Türkiye, has discussed prospects for thedevelopment of cooperation in the military, military-technical, andmilitary-educational fields with the fraternal country's NationalDefense Minister Yasar Guler, Trend reports via the Defense Ministry ofAzerbaijan.

The parties also discussed a thorough exchange of views on anumber of issues of mutual interest.

To note, a delegation headed by Hasanov has left for a workingvisit to Türkiye.

Within the framework of the working visit to the brotherlycountry, made at the invitation of Guler, several meetings of thesenior staff of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan andparticipation in the Distinguished Visitors Day within themultinational exercise 'EFES-2024' are planned.
