(MENAFN) Iran's Finance and Economic Affairs Minister Ehsan Khandouzi visited Iraq's Premier's adviser on Sunday to talked about a variety of issues, including the construction of collaborative industrial zones and the completion of the Shalamcheh-Basra railway, according to IRNA.

Khandouzi emphasized the favorable trend in the two nations' political relations over the last year, saying, “Now it is time for improving economic relations in line with the political ties.”
