Through WashClub's user-friendly app or website, customers can easily select their service, receive an estimated cost and schedule both pickup and dropoff within a 30-minute window. Once the order is received by a WashClub laundromat, or one of the mom-and-pop laundromat partners across the city, the price is updated or confirmed according to the weight of the items. The turnaround time is typically 24 hours, however, customers have the option of same day return for an extra $9.95 if the order is submitted before 11:00 a.m.

The service is available throughout Queens including Ridgewood, Glendale, Woodhaven, Maspeth, Forest Hills, Elmhurst, Corona, Rego Park and Middle Village and areas of Brooklyn including East New York, Buschwick, Ocean Hill, Cypress Hills, Park Slope, Borough Park, Flatbush, Dyker Heights, Kensington, Midwood, Carroll Gardens, Bensonhurst, Prospect Park, Lefferts Garden, Clinton Hall, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights and Cobble Hill, with further expansion in the borough planned for this month. In Queens, customers can select pickup and dropoff times between 9:30 a.m and 6:30 p.m. and between 9:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in Brooklyn.
Continuing its ambitious expansion plans, WashClub and DoorDash are slated to launch in the Bronx this summer and Manhattan by the end of 2023.
