Facts about UK special forces worldwide positioning are exposed
(MENAFN) In line with an announcement by Action on Armed Violence (AOAV), a London-located charity that perform studies on world armed violence, the United Kingdom has sent its special forces to 19 different nations in the past 13 years. The positioned British operators trained foreign armies, that performed killings, and allegedly battled beside child soldiers.
In a statement released on Tuesday, AOAV claiming that British operators have been positioned to fight or monitor aggressive forces in Algeria, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Iraq, Kenya, Libya, Mali, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Somalia, the Strait of Hormuz between Iran and Oman, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, in addition to Yemen.
Some of these positionings were into sites in which British armies were already fighting, as was the case in Afghanistan and Iraq. But, United Kingdom Special Forces (UKSF) carried on their procedures in the two nations long after regular militaries were pulled out.
