(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, March 19, 2023, SPA – The National Center for Environmental Compliance headed the Kingdom's delegation participating in the three-day regional preparatory meeting for the Asia-Pacific region BRS COPs, as per the Basel, Rotterdam, and Stockholm conventions on hazardous chemicals and waste, held recently in Thailand.
The Kingdom's delegation included representatives from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the National Center for Waste Management; the Kingdom plays a leading role in promoting environmental action internationally.
