ROSHN announces second residential community in eastern Riyadh to accommodate 13,000 residents
(MENAFN) ROSHN, a real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, has announced its plans to build a second residential community in the Al Janadriyyah district of eastern Riyadh. The new WAREFA project aims to provide homes for 13,000 residents and will feature integrated amenities, including a district mall, primary healthcare facility, public and private schools, and multiple mosques.
The development, owned by the Public Investment Fund, will span 1.4 million square meters and comprise 2,000 homes. With Al Janadriyyah experiencing rapid growth, ROSHN hopes that WAREFA will provide an integrated and sustainable community with all the necessary services and amenities to support the district's development.
According to the Group CEO of ROSHN, David Grover, "We are excited to continue delivering on ROSHN's mandate and expand ROSHN's vision for new communities and lifestyles across our capital city."
In addition to the residential units and amenities, WAREFA will also include 160,000 square meters of public parks and open spaces. The development aims to provide a well-rounded and enjoyable living experience for its residents, offering them a balanced mix of urban convenience and natural beauty.
