Qatar University To Host $1M 2023 Oncampus Hult Prize

Doha: The Hult Prize Foundation launched its OnCampus Phase being held in over 121 countries, and 3,000 universities and campuses. Qatar University will be hosting the local edition for students to tackle this year's challenge entitled Redesigning fashion to be more sustainable.

For more than a decade, the Hult Prize Foundation has been transforming how young people envision their possibilities to impact leaders of change in the world around them.

The winners of this OnCampus event will automatically advance to compete in its quarterfinal phase and continue the run for its one-of-a-kind award in seed capital of $1m to change the world.

“I believe that learning should be entertaining. Therefore, I chose the Hult Prize as my gateway to implement my belief in making students motivated and cultivated for learning. This is what the Hult Prize is all about, a gateway for an opportunity, entrepreneurship, and learning that is fun,” Othman Alabed said.
