'The occupiers struck Kupyansk district today. According to preliminary information, S-300 missile was fired. An administrative building was hit. A civilian, who was near the building, was injured. At least two people are currently under the rubble,' Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on telegram .
