Kuwait Finance Ministry Gets Muthanna Complex From KFH

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Feb 21 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Finance Tuesday said it obtained Al-Muthanna Complex from Kuwait Finance House (KFH), by virtue of a verdict issued by the Court of Cassation on November 23, 2022 in favor of the Ministry.
In a press statement, the Ministry said the delivery process was signed by the Ministry's Undersecretary Aseel Al-Munifi and KFH deputy manager and board secretary Fawaz Al-Enzi.
The statement quoted Al-Munifi as saying that that the Ministry talked with the Authority of Partnership Projects between the public and private sectors to offer the project in a public bid, in line with the Law No. 116 of 2014. (end)
