Saudi minister holds meeting with UK’s business minister to discuss growth of cooperation


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s minister for communications hosted discussions with the UK’s business minister on the expanding of collaboration among the two nations on the offshoots of the World Economic Forum.

Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha held a meeting with Grant Shapps – also in charge of Britain’s energy and industrial strategy - in Davos, and the pair talked about the growing of the tactical cooperation in the sector of science, technology, as well as space, as said by the Saudi Press Agency.

In addition to the gathering with the UK minister, Al-Swaha also hosted discussions with Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, the Indian federal minister for railways, communications, electronics as well as data technology.

The two talked about reinforcing the strategic cooperation among Saudi Arabia as well as India in the sectors of technology, innovation, on top of digital entrepreneurship.

The two gatherings were also joined by Mohammed Al-Tamimi, the Saudi ruler of the Communications, Space & Technology Commission.
