Located on the 1st floor of the mall, the new space will be home to two of the world’s favorite restaurant brands – IHOP serving its World-Famous Buttermilk Pancakes and Handcrafted Burgers, and Applebee's offering Fire Grilled Premium Steaks, delicious salads, and more.
From IHOP's familiar comfort foods to Applebee's savory classics, guests have two new great restaurants to choose from at Dubai Festival City Mall. With a combined seating of about 400, both restaurants will offer stunning views of the fountain where food enthusiasts and families of all ages can enjoy a wide variety of craveable menu items.

The restaurants are equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen with innovative systems in place to cater to the large capacity of mall visitors. The location also has an international food safety management system in place to boost food safety standards and provide the best experience to all guests.
