Musk criticizes former Russian leader
(MENAFN) Elon Musk responded to a post by the former president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, calling it "epic" that the Twitter CEO would lead one of the remaining states if the United States splits up after a civil war in the next year. Later, Musk explained that he thought the forecasts were "absurd."
Medvedev was appointed to a new top role in military procurement this week in addition to his current duties as the Russian Federation's deputy head of the Security Council. He released 10 prospective developments for 2023 on Monday, declaring that they were supposed to be "wild" speculations.
The forecasts included anything from oil trading at USD150 per barrel, the United Kingdom canceling its Brexit, and losing Northern Ireland to a war between France and a "Fourth Reich." In the latter, Germany and "its satellites, i.e., Poland, the Baltic states, Czechia, Slovakia, the Kiev Republic, and other outcasts," according to Medvedev, would be included.
