Sharjah Ruler Approves Al Gitanah Residential Compound 1 Project

SHARJAH, 13th December, 2022 (WAM) -- H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, approved the 'Al Gitanah Residential Compound 1' project, in the Muhathab suburb, as part of the emirate's residential complexes plan.

The approval was revealed by Khalifa Musabah Al Tunaiji, Head of the Sharjah Housing Programme, during an intervention on the 'Direct Line' programme, broadcast on Sharjah Radio.

Al Tunaiji added that this project is part of Sharjah's residential plan, which includes 366 residences at the cost of AED369 million, explaining that the project is available for loans and grants, noting that during the year 2023, similar projects will be implemented in Al Gitanah 3 and 5.
