NCSA Organizes Training Program For Qatar University Students

Doha: The National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) has organized a training program for the students of Qatar University in cooperation with the Arab Association for Cyber Security and Student Experience Department at QU with the objective of bolstering cyber safety measures.

The training program included an awareness track that aims to upgrade the potential of QU students in countering and responding to cyber-attacks.

For her part, the Head of the National Cyber Excellence Department of NCSA Dalal Al Aqidi underlined the agency's orientation toward targeting the student segments with all grades through a constant series of programs, training, and awareness initiatives that promote the culture of societal responsibility, develop and consolidate the concept of cyber national allegiance.

This comes within the framework of NCSA's role in promoting cyber awareness in light of the increasing digital transformation in the State of Qatar, whether individuals or institutions, and the ensuing increase in cyber threats with their numerous diverse forms to the State of Qatar, community, and their critical infrastructure.
