'We are preparing for any scenarios. We are stockpiling energy generation equipment in case of emergencies. Yesterday, a coordination meeting was held with the UN and USAID agencies. We talked about preparations for winter,' he said.
Shmyhal specified that Ukraine had already received 700 generators from international partners and another 900 would be delivered from donors in the near future.
