Two Luhansk Residents Mobilized By Russia Surrender Near Kupiansk

According to Ukrinform, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine wrote on its Telegram channel.
Two residents of Luhansk region surrendered to border guards near Kupiansk in Kharkiv region.
The men told that they had been mobilized against their will and that for them 'there is no way back, there is only one way.'
