(MENAFN- UkrinForm) President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and U.S. President Joe Biden discussed Ukraine's further steps towards defeating Russia and the importance of holding it accountable for war crimes.

“Had a great conversation with U.S. President. Thanked for the unwavering U.S. support for Ukrainian people – security and financial. We discussed Ukraine's further steps on our path to the victory over the aggressor and importance of holding Russia accountable for war crimes,” Zelensky posted on twitter .

As reported, the United States will send six additional National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS) to Ukraine within the framework of the biggest tranche of security assistance worth $2.98 billion.
