Russian Troops Shelling Kharkiv Region, Civilians Injured


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Since the morning of August 24, Russian troops have been shelling Kharkiv region. In particular, the town of Derhachi and the village of Mala Danylivka came under artillery fire. According to preliminary data, civilians were injured.

According to Oleksandr Hololobov, head of Mala Danylivka village, shelling was recorded in different places in the village and residents were injured in their yards. Infrastructure and private households were also damaged. According to the village head, the enemy fires cluster munitions.

Derhachi, according to the town council data, came under artillery fire around 10:50. There is currently no information on casualties or damages. The authorities urge residents not to leave their shelters.

Meanwhile, residents of Kharkiv hear the sounds of explosions. Since morning, the air raid siren has sounded several times in the city. There is no official information about the consequences yet.
