Russian Forces Shell Infrastructure Facility In Kharkiv - Mayor
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russian aggressors launched a missile attack on an infrastructure facility in the Kyivsky district of Kharkiv at about 03:00 on Monday, August 22.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
'Again a missile attack and again on the Kyivsky district. Continuing their practice of night shelling, at 02:49, our enemy fired from the direction of Belgorod at an infrastructure facility,' the mayor wrote.
