MIE-SPPU's Board Approves Business Plan For New Academic Year

Doha: The Board of Governors of Milestone International Education Institute of Higher Education (Savitribai Phule Pune University's Doha Campus) met recently to make strategic decisions and approve the business plan for the new academic year which is starting in August 2022.

The high-level meeting was held at MIE-SPPU's campus at the Commercial Avenue in Ayn Khalid. 

The meeting was chaired by Ali bin Abdulatif Al Mesnad, Chairman of MIE-SPPU. 

The esteemed members of the Board of Governors who attended the meeting were Mohammed bin Hammam (Chief Patron), Aisha bint Mohammad bin Hammam (Patron), Hasan Chougule (President), Yasir Nainar (Vice-President), George Thomas (Director), Haider Khaqan (Director) and Dinesh Bakshi (Head of Operations).

The Board members were pleased to note the high demand for admissions for the new academic year at the MIESPPU and also discussed the activities, staffing, industry relationships, and training programmes for the new academic year. 

The Board also approved the budget for the new academic year and endorsed continuing a low fee structure to suit the needs of the students seeking education in Qatar from a reputed world ranking university. MIE-SPPU is the first international campus of Pune University in Doha. The university offers full-time four-year undergraduate courses through its state-of-the-art campus at the Commerical Avenue. The courses offered are B.A. B.Sc, B.Com, and B.BA.
