
Grain Deal Would Have Been Impossible Without HIMARS - Lithuania's Top Diplomat
This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Gabrielius Landsbergis, on Twitter , as seen by Ukrinform.
'The agreement to unblock Odesa would have been impossible without HIMARS. It's now very clear that the war will end earlier if we arm Ukraine faster,' the minister tweeted.
As reported by Ukrinform, an agreement was signed in Istanbul on July 22 following a four-way meeting between Ukraine, Turkey, the United Nations, and Russia, to unblock grain and other food exports from the ports of Ukraine.

The Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu signed the agreement in the same format on behalf of Russia.
