(MENAFN) On Tuesday, South Properties announced the inauguration of Dubai South Bay, a new master development in the heart of Dubai South's The Residential District.
The new development will include over 800 villas and townhouses, as well as over 200 beachfront mansions. It will also have a 1-kilometer-long crystal lagoon, a more than 3-kilometer-long waterfront promenade, and various bathing beaches.
South Bay's townhouses and villas will range in size from approximately 2,900 to 4,800 square feet, with a mix of three-, four-, and five-bedroom townhouses and semi-detached villas, whereas the mansions, which will all be on the waterfront, will feature five-, six-, and seven-bedroom standalone villas with a maximum built-up area of around 13,000 square feet.
The project, which will begin sales in September, is ideally positioned on Expo Road and has a community retail center, a fitness complex, clubs for children, swimming pools, a water sports club, waterfront cafés, a pet park, and a lake park, to mention a few.
