Abu Dhabi Forum For Peace Officially Requested To Host G20 Interfaith Forum
LONDON, 8th July, 2022 (WAM) -- Abdallah bin Bayyah, Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Forum for Peace, received today in London an official letter from Cole Durham, President of G20 Interfaith Forum (IF20), and IF20 Vice President Katherine Marshall, requesting for hosting the next edition of IF20 in Abu Dhabi.
This request is a testament to the pioneering model of the UAE as a champion of peace and tolerance in the world.
The G20 Interfaith Forum offers an annual platform where a network of religiously linked institutions and initiatives engage on global agendas (primarily and including the Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs).
