(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) New Delhi, Jun 22 (KUNA) - Al-Qadsia SC defeated Indian counterpart T-Sports Club (37/24) in the first day of 24th Asian Men's Club League Handball Championship in Indian city of Hyderabad.
Al-Kuwait SC will take on Qatar's Al-Wakra on tomorrow at 6 PM in the group B competitions, which also includes Bahrain's Al-Najma, and Iran's Mes Kerman. In the first match of Saudi Al-Noor Club and Qatar's Al-Arabi Club the latter defeated former with a five point mark scoring 24/29.
Al-Qadsia SC are poised to take on Saudi's Al-Noor Club on Friday at 4 PM. Qatar's Al-Arabi will meet Al-Qadsia on 26th June at 4 PM. Al-Kuwait will meet Bahrain's al-Najma club on 25th June at 6 PM and will take on Iran's Mes Kerman on 27th June.
Winner of this championship will qualify for 15th International Handball Federation Men's Super-Globe event scheduled to be held in Saudi Arabia in October 2022. (end)
