Bill Gates praises India’s epidemic management


(MENAFN) Microsoft co-founder and WHO mega-donor Bill Gates has acclaimed India for its epidemic organization, and uttered his confidence that other nations can learn from New Delhi.

The billionaire also referenced a conference with Indian Minister of health Mansukh Mandaviya, on the offshoots of the World Financial Forum in Davos, Switzerland previously this week.

The billionaire posted on Twitter on Saturday in reply to Mandaviya’s previous tweet “India's success with the vaccination drive and the use of technology to drive health outcomes at scale offers many lessons for the world.”

On the word of India’s top health official, he and Gates talk about a wide range of subjects in Davos, from “disease control management” to the “creation of mRNA regional hubs,” in addition to the expansion of reasonable and high quality diagnostics and medical devices.
