Russian Military Equipment Spotted On Snake Island
(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russian invaders have deployed about a dozen of military equipment units on Snake (Zmiinyi) Island, and two Russian vessels are now seen there.
The relevant satellite images were posted by OSINT blogger Tim Ehrhart on Twitter , an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“A large Russian barge with crane and landing craft were seen at Snake Island, Ukraine. Additional vehicles are visible, currently totaling 14. That barge has made a lot of trips to the island in the past weeks,” Ehrhart wrote.
According to the data from the South Operational Command Spokesperson Vladyslav Nazarov, Russians are attempting to arrange hoisting and rescue operations near Snake Island to lift the damaged Raptor-class patrol boat and tow it to the temporarily-occupied Crimea.
