Bitcoin grapples to reach +USD30K in weak exchange
(MENAFN) Bitcoin was grappling to increase to more than USD30,000 on Friday, since weak trade carries on in the cryptocurrency market that witnessed almost USD1 trillion getting faded in latest weeks.
Bitcoin, the world’s main crypto by market cap, was exchanged at USD29,260 at 9.17 AM EDT (1317GMT) for a daily profit of 3.7 percent.
Ethereum, the world’s main altcoin, was under the key resistance level of USD2,000, as it was exchanged at USD1,810 at the time for a 3.9 percent day-to-day rise, while the total value of the crypto market amounted to USD1.22 trillion at the moment.
The crypto market witnessed almost half of its value evaporate in the last six weeks, since its total loss reached USD970 billion, from the number of USD2.19 trillion seen on April 4.
