Asian markets decrease in Tuesday’s end


(MENAFN) Main Asian share markets ended Tuesday in the negative as stockholders were concerned about the international financial viewpoint and monetary policies.

The Asia Dow, which conatains blue-chip firms in the district, dropped 25 points, or 0.76 percent, to 3,333.7 at 1013GMT.

Tokyo’s Nikkei 225 share trading dropped 253.4 points, or 0.94 percent, to 26,748 at the day’s end.

The Hang Seng, the main for blue-chip share exchange on the Hong Kong stock exchange, decreased 358 points or 1.75 percent, to 20,112.

China’s Shanghai share exchange struggled the most, declining 76 points or 2.41 percent, to 3,070.9.

The Indian Sensex main fell 238 points, or 0.44 percent, to end at 54,050, whereas the Singapore index dropped 18 points, or 0.58 percent, to 3,195.
