Saudi Arabia Strongly Condemns Terrorist Attacks On Military Base Of African Union Peacekeeping Forces In Somalia
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, May 18, 2022, SPA -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attacks that led to the killing of 10 soldiers and the wounding of 25 others on May 3 and 13, 2022, following the attack by elements of Somali Al-Shabaab group on a military base of the African Union peacekeeping forces in Somalia.
The ministry affirmed that the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stand with the government and people of the sisterly Republic of Somalia, asking Allah Almighty to bestow His mercy upon the souls of the deceased and a speedy recovery for the injured.
