Sharjah Police to kick off Ramadan Councils of Excellence on Wednesday

SHARJAH, 19th April, 2022 (WAM) -- Under the patronage and presence of Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, the Forum of the Virtual Ramadan Councils of Excellence will be launched on Wednesday in its second edition, under the slogan (Government Excellence System and Entrepreneurial Attitudes), in the presence of a group of pioneers of excellence in security work.

Colonel Tariq Al Midfa, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at Sharjah Police, proclaimed that the forum will start on Wednesday, April 20, at 9:30 pm, via the Zoom application.

Several topics will be discussed during the forum, including the process of government excellence that crossed through an integrated series of innovative government works with a forward-looking vision, which in turn enhanced the readiness of government agencies and their ability to anticipate changes, use advanced technology, and provide the best government services in the world.

The Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department in Sharjah Police explained that the forum will include a presentation of the most prominent global competitive indicators and benchmarks that enhance the quality of government work in the United Arab Emirates, and identify the most prominent practices and pioneering experiences in the field of institutional work in line with the leadership's directives that the UAE be a global reference in government development, as part of efforts to prepare for the next 50 years.
