Qatar - Education Ministry official inspects distance education system at private schools

Doha: On the first day of the second semester, the Assistant Undersecretary for Private Education Affairs at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Omar Abdulaziz Al-Naama visited two private schools to inspect the progress of the distance education system at the private schools. 

The visit, which included both Oxford English Private School and Ovaz International Private School - Azghawi Branch, aimed to verify the schools' commitment to the precautionary measures and measures taken to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

At the conclusion of his visit, Omar Al-Naama thanked the school administrations for their cooperation, praising their efforts, stressing at the same time the readiness of the private education sector to provide support and advice to private schools to ensure the optimal functioning of the educational process.
