China approves four IPOs in science, technology field
(MENAFN) On the Chinese board of science and technology innovation, China's securities controller has confirmed four businesses' initial public offerings (IPOs).
According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Bingo Software Co., Ltd., Focuslight Technologies Inc., Primarius Technologies Co., Ltd., and Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. should be mentioned on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's sci-tech innovation board, also recognized as the STAR market.
After some talks were held with the stock market, the businesses and their reinsurers should verify the IPO timeline and submit prospectuses.
The STAR market, which launched in June 2019 intending to assist businesses in technological and tactical new fields, has relaxed its registration conditions while increasing data disclosure rules.
